Current ctc 20.5 LPA ( due for a revisal.. Will go approx 24.5 LPA post assuming annual hike of 20% (which I feel is very low and would want to negotiate internally)

Hi Friends , Got offer from Deutsche bank. Salary structure is really confusing here. Please let know is employee and employer pf is included in fixed pay ? Or fixed pay is the inhand salary and both pfs are excluded from this. Fixed pay = Basic + Flexi benefits. There is no CTC mentioned in offer letter . Its just RTC which is mentioned and thats fixed + variable

Anyone certified in workday and working as a consultant? What is it like day to day?

I have a team member who has a tendency to miss deadlines, is reluctant to take on tasks which they don't like or refuses to participate in company-wide mandates w/o me & the other team members validating the why's. Prior to joining my team, this behavior was alluded to but never told to me directly. Now I'm seeing it. I've discussed missed deadlines which are acknowledged but w/o permanent resolution. I'm going to give her a verbal warning in the upcoming review. Other suggestions?

I have two questions. I have 10 years of experience in multiple sectors and I have been trying to gain a leadership position. I am attempting my PHR this summer but what are some tips in order for me to obtain a leadership position? Also, how long does it take to obtain another position out of state? I’m a boomerang employee and a friend of mine noticed that my company posted a similar job description to mine on indeed 10 days ago. My boss didn’t tell me they were hiring another person in our department (small department - 4 people). Should I be worried? Should I bring it up to my boss? I’m really stressing myself out over it. How do you review resumes in a way that reduces implicit bias? I just finished reading the book, "Biased," which discusses the implicit biases we all hold. Our company has not invested in an ATS software, and we’re looking to create a scoring rubric / database in excel based on the job description and candidates.
