Can anyone please refer me to a Valuation role? I am an MBA-Finance Fresher

I'm passing an interview for IQ (Investment Quebec) for an Analyst role in a fund of funds/VC part of the company. I can't find clear information on fund of funds, apart from what I already know through school/CFA. Any suggestions or tips? Also, what type of salary should I expect knowing it's a Principal Analyst role (Senior level). I'm at 75k, should I was thinking of asking around 20% more but I wouldn't like to lose the position only for money as I can make it up on the market Cheers,

Currently 2 YOE at 125k TC working in a specialized area of Workday consulting. Expecting to clear $170k TC by 4 YOE. I am debating pivoting to a strategy role before becoming too pigeonholed, but would have to take a pay/level cut. I tried negotiating but db line manager is so stuck that no more pay than that, and unfortunetly my ego got hurt from it- Its not right but it is what it is. What you guyz suggest which company? Is this weird: while staying with my boyfriend’s family, I had to take a shower in the master bathroom. My boyfriend’s mom made me wait so she could clear out all of her shower and bath products from the ledges inside the shower. I had used that bathroom and seen that shower before; it was not an issue of clutter or mess, nor did she have any private or weird products. Did she think I was going to use them?
