I recently started a new sales position, and I know I’m making a lower commission rate than my male counterparts. Could be that I’m new, and they decided to lower it and not because I’m a female. My direct manager is trying to adjust it because we were both told 1% and when my commission started I was at .8%. Any advice would help, I never signed anything that had a commission rate on it. But I’m pretty sure our base as a company has always been 1%.

I interviewed for a job at a new company, and the role would be a huge pivot for me. When asked, I gave the absolute minimum I would be willing to accept (my current salary) since I have no experience in the area. The company came back and offered an interview for a different role, much closer to the job I currently do. Is there any way to salvage the salary negotiation if I’ve already given them a low number for the original job I applied for? I’d like to negotiate a raise if I’m not pivoting

Is it expected that people who exit from MBB/Deloitte at post mba levels (PL/EM/M) take paycuts when going to industry? (non FAANG, PE). I'm In process at multiple internal consulting/strategy groups who say the paycut is part of the trade-off for less hours/no travel.

But as a female🐠, I can't discern whether this is just a negotiation tactic. Mentors have told me never take less pay.

I have a Microsoft onsite interview coming up for an SDE1/2 role. Any tips from current employees or people who took the interview before on how I can prepare for this? I have been doing top leetcode questions for the technical portion but I am not sure how hard the questions can be and how they pick their questions. Let’s talk about the 30% ruling. I moved last year to the Netherlands and got the 30% tax benefit. Nonetheless, it is valid for only 5 years. What is the recommendation to keep a fair netto salary after the end of the benefit? Are employers in the NL open to renegotiate and compensate the tax difference or should I consider moving to another company or even country?

London comp: I’m looking to move from one of the few fund of funds outside of London and looking at associate roles in VC fund of funds + co-investment or PE secondaries/buyout. 1. How difficult are the client rounds of interviews after onboarding in epam? Do we get intresting projects or boaring projects like mastercard?

2. My offer letter says it's completely remote, does the remote working depend on the project I will get or it will always be remote as per my offer letter.
