1) Wells Fargo - Offer is X Fixed.
2) InterContinental Exchange(NYSE) - Offer is X+6 fixed

Please help me which one to consider among these two in terms of brand and work life balance and Job Security.

Currently going through the hiring process for a role in San Francisco. They told me the starting base was $110K, but this sounds like pennies in a city like San Francisco! I am concerned that if I make it through I’ll basically be poor in such an expensive city, not to mention the taxes. I also have a baby so child care I am sure is expensive. How do equity refreshers at Google work? Does it mean you’re always at “year 1” of your vesting period whenever it refreshes?

Are there any large differences between a Strategy lead and Program manager positions? Looking to transition and in the process for a couple of roles. Mainly concerned about job role, longer term progression and internal mobility (will be moving countries in a few years). Speaking to the HMs and reading the job descriptions show very similar job responsibilities for the two roles. Coming in most likely as an L5 in the US
