She sees herself as a Senior PRO but works as a Junior, doesn't assume new responsabilities or shows independence working. Is not a bad worker but needs constant direction and see herself as a victim when she doesn't get rewards like travelling to a congress when others coleages does

Last week just got an offer from a startup that was found in 2019 and have only 10 employees with their platform outsourced to a third party in an e-learning industry! The offer is 120k! What would you do? Would you accept it?

-both are remote, had good teams, and seem to have good WLB. Like both roles.

Hubspot - PM, 160 base, 15 sign on, $50k RSUS, no bonus concept.

Udacity - Senior PM, 190 base, 15% bonus,
+ options. Series D

Curious if anyone has started doing in-person meet-ups. For eng/product/design I feel that it would be good to do occasional in-person “offsites” at the office or a wework for collaboration sessions, or just to work together every once in awhile. Has anyone started doing this? Since people are remote and spread out across the US, it needs to have justification but how do you justify “face time”/“collabs” - should it be tied to very specific projects?

Can anyone help me levels set? received an offer from a recently acquired AI startup for $130K to join on as Product & Program Manager. Startup was Series D before acquisition and is now private.

With my 5 YOE in Product & what the role entails I asked if there was room for negotiation as an average I found was $150k. Am I being unreasonable? Live in HCOL, would be remote, and require travel 1x per month. Currently at $125K

I just had the SVP of Product during our company meeting, tell the whole organization that I'm taking on the complete replacement of a legacy application (I can't even impress upon you how herculean this would be). It's an app I'm intimately familiar with. There was no strategy provided explaining "why," it should be replaced and I was not told about this by said SVP or my boss, prior to the meeting. I'm beyond incensed and overwhelmed. What would you do?
