Currently passed the 4 virtual interviews but stuck in team matching for a PgM role. Anything I can do at this stage to improve my team match chances? Can I identify teams proactively from outside job postings and route to my recruiter?

Background: original role was filled prior to me clearing onsite virtual interviews. I have only had one team match interview since then and they chose a different candidate. Would be disappointed to get this far in the process to have it stall out.

Hello !! my PWD is in progress and im due for promotion this year (level IV to Level V) my designation would also change but not responsibilities. Will this affect my PWD or PERM process. How are you setting boundaries at work? I recently did a lateral move into a new position on my team, but will be backfilling my old role for the foreseeable future (up to a year). I’m pumped about my new role but am nervous about managing expectations and avoiding burnout doing two jobs.

I’d like to work for the FBI either as a Special Agent or Professional Staff as a Forensic Accountant. I am currently a Senior Forensic Accountant at a public accounting firm but we mainly handle commercial damage calculations, business valuations, and SOME investigations that one might think of as “was there fraud? We’re not sure, please Mr. Forensic Accountant can you take a look at our QBs?”
Question: is this experience preferable to the FBI? Or do they prefer the AML professionals? CPA + CFE
