How do you avoid being pigeonholed at work? I am art discipline but often do creative strategy and good at it through out my career. Recently started at a new shop and feel like only cws & strategists get to strategize. I’m also used to overseeing ad, ca and strategists all at once. I get that every agency has their own process but I hate being just one to oversee look and feel, dress up decks and make it look pretty.
