I also help cover HR tasks, have my SHRM, 5 years of HR exp., and 2 degrees. Is the "value" for recruiters more than L&D? I feel a little taken advantage of, but want to know if I'm off base here.

It’s annual review season, folks. Curious to know the raise percentage you’ve all received for 2022 (if at all). I received a 12% raise for the new year (and additional equity) and trying to ballpark if this is average or extremely generous. 15% was my initial goal.
