Can anyone provide insight on comp for a Financial Planning Associate with Vanguard in DFW? Hold my series 7/63 and towards the end of my CFP

I am in San Jose with AOS (Eb1C) filed in May 2021. Receipt number starts with MSC. Completed biometrics in Oct 2021 and have received EAD and AP in November 2021. I140 approved in Mar 2022. Since then I haven’t received anything and have been waiting for my medical RFE. Do you guys think realistically I have a chance to get GC in this USCIS Fiscal year? Are other people in San Jose facing similar wait times? It’s been 15 months already since AOS filing.

Hello all, I received the offer letter for Deputy Manager 3 at Deloitte India however the designation is not mentioned on the offer letter and only Deputy Manager is mentioned. The HR is saying the level is not mentioned anywhere (even in salary slips). How to confirm the same.

So, I just recently received an offer to work for NTT Data to energize their Strategy & Customer practice (and near +50% salary). What would be the pros and cons of switching?
