So not to rain on ATK1’s parade and there’s obviously legitimate reasons for getting an independent coach outside of your firm, but my suggestion would be to leverage your own firm and the relationships in it first.
This provides valuable networking and brand building opportunities, allows you to build mentoring relationships and gives you much needed perspective specific to your firm’s and practice’s dynamics. If you are manager or below, I think it is incredibly distracting to get a coach from the outside and doesn’t allow you to “kill two birds with one stone."
I would also like to remind you to be careful if you go the FB route as you don’t know or have a way to confirm people’s reputation or the level of success they’ve had and whether those same experiences will be relevant for your firm.

Thank you!
Have always had an aspiration to do this. How about I offer you a free session and we go from there? Nothing ventured nothing gained.
Busy taking that growth beyond 500% 😛
Get on PrepLounge to get a session with a coach on there. My current coach is on there.
Also would love a career coach! It is a great idea to look for one from the fish fam
