Third for Weill Cornell. Dr Reichman and Dr Owen Davis are phenomenal.
Check out FertilityIQ.com for reviews and education about the whole process.
Dr. Reichman is my RE as well! He’s great and I love his nursing team as well.
We used Dr. Rudick at Columbia in city. Love her! We live in westchester so with covid and not commuting for baby number 2 we are working on now it’s nice since they let us do monitoring at the Scarsdale location when they can fit us in. We’ve been really happy with Columbia for IUI for same sex couple. I’ll even add that their communication and process is even better than it was a few years ago now. Feel free to dm me for questions if you want.
I am not familiar with her character but I could picture her ha

A ‘factory’ made me feel comfortable because the higher volume of cases means that they have more experienced embryologists doing the work and repetition translates into high quality work. In 2018, Weill Cornell did 5,808 cycles, compared to Columbia which did 1,384 cycles. It’s a preference but a ‘factory’ has big positives too.

Could be the factory thing is positive in some ways - to me the factory piece made me feel like they weren't particularly invested in my case personally. They tried the same things over and over, weren't able to think outside the box and maintained their overall standard process and procedures - well why are we doing that? Bc we can't proceed to this step without doing that step. Well why not? Because that's our process. But that seems totally unnecessary for our specific circumstances... 🤷🏻♀️😐.
I switched to Columbia and suddenly they had all sorts of ideas and suggestions that they hadn't even mentioned when I was at weill Cornell.
Like I said, I'm glad others have had a different experience. I'm just sharing mine.

Second Weill Cornell. They see a lot of patients, and at times this practice felt like a machine, but it got its job done. Twice
Just getting started with this whole process and trying to limit the anxiety. I will check out Weil Cornell. Thank you all!
Really liked dr Alexis Greene at westmed in purchase (westchester). Only did initial few appointments with her as we moved from the area but she was so helpful and kind.

Started off at weill Cornell and it felt like a factory- glad others aren't having the same experience.
Switched to Columbia and was much happier

In NYC I would go with one of the bigger clinics: NYU, Weill Cornell or Columbia. I think all three have an excellent embryology team - which is ultimately key to success.

Hated Weill Cornell. Felt like a factory. Had to fight to get call backs, didn’t feel like they cared. Love Shady Grove. Dr Singer. Such personalized service. Doc even gave me his cell in case I needed to get a hold of him or ask questions. The staff there is also amazing. I never waited more than 5 minutes in waiting room. I’m pregnant and due end of year now.
