Isn’t that like every recruiter or am i missing something lol
Recruiters work for firms and companies (they pay our fees) that being said if we have a highly placable candidate we will often work with that type of candidate because we think we have multiple clients that would hire them.
I hope that explains the relationships between recruiter client and candidate a little bit better.
