I was the same way so 2 years ago, I did a picky eating challenge where every month, I tried a new food that seemed universally liked but I couldn’t eat (ie broccoli, sushi, eggplant, etc.) and forced myself to try them 3 different ways before deciding I liked/didn’t like it. So I could eat them airfried, baked, steamed or with different flavoring (asian sauces, spicy, etc.). For example, I did broccoli airfried with ranch dip, broccoli airfried with parmesan, and then broccoli panfried with chili oil. Now I eat broccoli all the time.
I don’t have a specific site to recommend but if you know what flavors you DO like, you can find recipes anywhere like on tasty, plainchicken, food52, allrecipes (personally I like Asian flavorings so aaronandclaire, tiffycooks, and seoukyounglongest are great) to make that food. As A1 said too, hiding them in other foods is also a good tactic.
What do you like specifically? Maybe start with that and build
Off it. So for instance if you like chicken tenders, maybe a mild stir fry with some rice and a veggie or two you like.
Also- expect to make lots of stuff you don’t like. I love to cook and eat and I rarely find ones that are total keepers. Enjoy the process!!!
I was in the same spot when I started eating healthy. A good way to start is by “hiding” veggies in other foods you like. For example, if you like any kind of food involving ground beef or chicken, start mixing in riced broccoli, riced cauliflower, or spinach. It won’t be super noticeable but will be enough to get you used to the taste.
