Currently 1-1.5 years out of college, working at a T2 firm doing commercial due diligence work. Have gotten some offers but confused about which one to take:

1. OW PE team, joining in a position higher than at my current firm, basically skipping a year. OWs PE practice as far as I know doesn’t have huge market share
2. McKinseys PE practice but coming in a position lower than where I currently am
3. Stay at my current firm which is experiencing high growth

End goal is to move to the buy side

What organization should I seek out for networking and career growth catering to Latinos, in Chicago or national?

I am a Staff II in tax and am looking to go into consulting or finance. I have experience in finance and like the idea of switching. I like where I work, but have realized that I don't necessarily enjoy tax. I want to keep my options open and feel that tax doesn't necessarily give me the capacity to explore opportunities besides tax due to the fact that is it such specialized knowledge. Does anyone have any stories/ideas about moving to consulting or finance? Or is one preferred over the other?

Does anyone know how you can create a pivot table that results in calculations being performed from that pivot table, where if the pivot table changes, resulting in more/fewer rows, it moves the formulas up or down depending on the additions/removals?
Basically, have a dataset, trying to select all rows where the answer in one column is Yes and answer in another column is (for example "X"), and multiplying the amount in another column by 16%.
