I am a Staff II in tax and am looking to go into consulting or finance. I have experience in finance and like the idea of switching. I like where I work, but have realized that I don't necessarily enjoy tax. I want to keep my options open and feel that tax doesn't necessarily give me the capacity to explore opportunities besides tax due to the fact that is it such specialized knowledge.
