Do you have to file an AR-11 for a temporary address change (not your residence but staying at a friend’s on a temp basis)? How do you answer the question "have you filed an immigration-related application or petition and have not yet received a decision
notice, card, or document?" if your company has filed an I-140 on your behalf, so the company is the petitioner (who filed) and you didn’t personally file (as the beneficiary)? Is the answer “no”?

Was wondering if I can get some insight on VCA and the type of work that you do. For those who are in consulting, do you enjoy the work, what’s your least favourite part about it? Is there opportunity for growth at the firm and/or outside of it? I just got a job offer and I’m choosing between this and another position at a different firm. Visa will be paying me 15% more but I ultimately want do what’s best for me.

Stepping into 5th year of H1B, 2 years at Big4, PERM approved and I140 will be applied within a month. Should I risk it by trying another job? I need a change and some more money, but I feel chained.

Is it a red flag as a candidate to ask if a company offers maternity leave? I was recently laid off, so I wasn't expecting to lose my job. We're planning on trying for a baby in the next year or so, so it's really important to me that my next job offers paid maternity leave.
