My manager asked me to ask less questions. Lately I am receiving negative feedback that I find unfair. I've a different perspective and this request doesn't go with my personality, my role and with the fact that I am working remote. I am very independent, but I need validation on final things I do as I am not a manager plus, I am a curious person who likes to interact and to learn more. For me questions are a way to improve and to find new perspectives. This makes me feel sad and not motivated

Weird take, but does anyone ever feel that in work-life balance, sometimes life interferes with work? Just a question for those here. What does anyone see as a job outlook for a pharmacy technician that has 15 years of experience and is studying for the CPhT? I would like to return to 100% remote work and, understandably, most job postings that are about my caliber are requiring the cert.
