Rude RRK interviewer. Offcam, told me not to ask any clarifications. Asked RRK questions and followups all at once each time. Left with 1 min to spare not asking if I have any questions.
Last 2 questions I only got into 1 follow up. Sure my time management was not good but I wanted to answer the main question properly and throughly before getting into follow ups..
Thinking of emailing the recruiter and asking to redo the round with someone who actually knows how to interview.

Hi ,I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release. But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance. Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.
I applied with EY for a Senior Manager role I had my first stage interview with a senior manager, which I thought went well as I got the partner interview 2 weeks later, and said I'll be contact within 10 day HR. This did not happen so I chased up. Today I received feedback from HR stating that the senior manager, who would have been my peer, said I didn't have enough experience. But the partner who I would have been working under did like me.
Is this normal with EY recruitment

I’ve gone through the interview process with @JPMorgan Chase when I applied for their Global Real Estate -Vendor Management Office- Team Lead role in Houston. My interview with the hiring manager went great. I did maybe 1 or 2 additional rounds. Unfortunately, I didn’t get an offer. The process wasn’t complicated. Most financial institutions have a similar process depending on the urgency to fill the position. When I worked in investment banking for @BNY Mellon, I would of had two interviews but the other person that I should have interviewed with was out on maternity leave. So, I got lucky and only did one interview within their corporate trust division as a Financial Analyst on their Solvas Conversion team
Thank you!
Fit is more important than skill for jr positions. Depending on location, know how formal. Panel: each will ask different practice area questions. You will likely have an operations or KPI (PM) manager ask you intensive q on tracking, legal compliance, records, etc. What location?
Good to know. Thank you
