I got an offer synopsis ( numbers and break down)from IQVIA HR. Her email states that post my acceptance, I will receive an offer from their workday system.
But now she says" i'll get the system generated offer only one day before my joining ( its about a weeks time) and I can consider offer synopsis as final offer"
I need to reject counter (joining day is next 3 days)offer but IQVIA system offer will come later.

How should I deal here. Please suggest

I have a bad habit of giving too much background info and not getting straight to the point. I just feel like every little detail is important (even though that’s not always the case). I am currently working in a leading architecture and design firm for almost a year now. I have 3 years of experience. When I started in this firm I was told that they will reconsider my position in sometime. I recently asked HR regarding salary review, but he denied and said they are not considering anymore salary this year and next salary considerations would be in Q1 of next year(6 more months). Curious about non-US attorneys: are you working the crazy hour weeks most of us in the US do? Or are your weeks closer to 40 hours? I hear a lot about the working hour caps, vacation requirements, etc in Europe/Canada. Curious if that flows into legal practice... or if it gets ignored. To clarify—I’m talking about BigLaw.
