Please help. I am working in aws IT support project I am not satisfied with the project and timing is 12 to 9.30 and it usually extends. I have total 5 years exp with 1 year in aws and 4 in non technical. I am confused what to do now. Can I ask them for release will they give? It's been 7 months in tcs now.

I have my LWD on 1st April and next joining on 4th April which is just 3 days after the LWD.
TCS will be picking up my belongings i.e asset and ID after my LWD but no day is fixed.

If i join new employer on 4th April without submitting all the belongings to TCS will it have any kind of Conflict???

I have been hired for React Js role in TCS. I have 2 years of experience in total. What kind of projects can I expect here ? Can a React Js developer get projects having on-site opportunities ? Also please suggest me the road map to excel in coming years in TCS.

A year full of hard work and they offer poor bands and even pathetic hikes. God knows what is wrong with this company. Loyal employees do not matter for them anymore.

After 8 long years with this company, it feels like I would have never wasted so much time here.

Initially, it was mentioned virtual onboarding and now changed into physical presence.

They denied the travel and accommodation allowance.

I tried to contact the Onboarding Manager and buddy by mail but I did not get a response. 

Can someone tell me what the actual allocation policy is?

How one can come to know whether the BgC is successful.
I was interviewed in March and uploaded all my docs in April and joined tcs in Sept.
My offer letter was released twice because of mismatch in experience by HR.
So my BGC is not scheduled after accepting offer letter 2nd time.
Please advice

Interviewed for TCS on August 6th..Technical and HR round was done on same day and even got informed that I've been selected.. Only last week HR round happened over call and we discussed about CTC..
