Any tips on delegating the ‘right amount’? I’m being asked to perform acting manager role and now have two levels under me.. and I am having some difficulty gauging how much I should be delegating. I don’t want to overwhelm the ‘acting senior’ staff but also want to delegate enough so that I can cover all my areas.

Wanted to know if going from at Analyst at Deloitte to Senior Associate at KPMG was feasible. I have 1.5 years of experience working in a SOC before joining Deloitte. I wanted to come in at the consultant level but the recruiter insisted on coming in as an analyst. I have been at Deloitte Cyber for a 1 year now & it has not been a good fit. So 2.5 years of cyber experience & a Masters in CS from elite school… is it feasible I try for a Senior Associate role at KPMG in cyber?

I just got an offer from PepsiCo Foods for an entry level manager at L5. I did two terms of my coop there so makes sense. But it’s for a year from now when I graduate. The pay is $72,500 with bonus and benefits and relocation money. I can’t see myself there but I could for more money but I know it’s the maximum they will offer. Is this a good offer for a entry level material engineer? And if I were to accept the position now is it ok to decline if I get a better offer closer to starting?
