Hi SpEd Teachers, is anyone else facing EXTREME staff shortages as a result of state funding? We are not able to meet my students' IEP requirements (not even close) due to not enough paraprofessionals and the district flat out refusing to hire more. We’ve been TTC for 7 months now. I was 10 days late for my period, took a pregnancy test 3 different times in the last week and all negative. Reading online i learned that i could be pregnant and just need the hcg levels to build up for a positive test. But last night, I had the worst cramps and now have light bleeding, and some clots 😭... this whole process is such an emotional rollercoaster.. has anyone else had a similar experience? I think this could be an early termination but not sure.

Hi, I’m 30yrs old and by next week I will be 31yrs old. Got married 2 yrs ago and we have been trying for kids from past 7 months but no luck, we try to have sex almost all 7 days of fertile window. I get my periods regularly, I don’t have thyroid nor PCOD. My Gyn did all test, and everything looks fine, my ovaries, Fallopian tubes , harmonies. Do I need to see fertility doctor ,if so, how is the best fertility doctor near Boston area. Need inputs for next steps before it’s too late 😒

It’s been an emotional rollercoaster of a week. First hCG levels were good (120 at 4 weeks). The second, 3 days later, had only risen 30 so thought we were looking at another early loss (had 2 miscarriages in the last year). Just got levels back from the third draw and they’re right where they should be around 480 (now at 5 weeks). Trying not to get my hopes up but would love to hear if others have experienced anything similar.

Looking for advice. My wife and I knew we had to go the surrogacy route to grow our family. However, recently we learned that we may also have to go the donor egg path. Although it is possible for my wife to extract her eggs, it would be an uncommon and low probability procedure. She seems fine with the kid not being genetically linked to her or looking like her. Does IUI treatments use the same funds allotted for other fertility treatments like IVF? We’ve had 3 unsuccessful IUIs and wondering if we should do another or just wait to go to IVF in February. We don’t necessarily want to spend more money on IUI since it’s been unsuccessful thus far especially if that money dips into our fertility fund with the insurance.
