I have got an offer from OpenText &Larsen & Toubro Infotech which one is good to join considering job security?

I'm interviewing at a Big 4 firm for a lateral move from a lower reputation firm (both FS advisory roles). I am almost 2 years out from top 15 MBA. What is reasonable to expect in comp? Same base as new MBA recruits (~160)? More? Less? Signing bonus?

I just want to understand what is the market value of a data privacy lawyer/analyst with 3.5 years of experience? They will be offering somewhere around 8 but I am aiming for 12!

Four months ago, I was officially promoted into another full grade. After a few weeks, I saw that base salary didn’t increase, and I asked my boss about it. They said they would ‘look into it’. Three months later, I scheduled a one on one meeting to understand what happened. Is this an HR discussion? Any suggestions on how I should handle a promotion without compensation? Not even a cost of living hike. Is this normal? Thanks!

Currently negotiating temp contract with FAANG org. Initially I was offered rang of 40-50 per hour for Atlanta region however I said I work in NY market. After doing some research I realized going to atl is the better option, which they seem to not have an issue with however my contractor try to renegotiate my rate to 35 which is absurd. Claiming this is the hugest for this region but during my screen sourcer agreed to my 40-50 range for atl. Not sure how to proceed.
