I work for a huge company for 11 years and haven’t been happy for a while. I feel emotionally attached to it because of great benefits, my growth (had multiple roles) and overall culture. Leaving it feels almost like ending a marriage (nuts, right?). Have you ever felt this way about your career before? Those of you who are now successful but grew up lower middle class or poor how do you deal with the guilt of your parents still working crappy jobs and getting paid nothing. Had my BCG final interview. For the 1st interview the fit portion went well, but nerves got the best of me while doing the Case portion. Blanked out on the math portion and needed guidance.
