Can anyone tell me how long does it take the evaluation process to complete in TCS. I got a call. I was told I cleared the interview and I had to upload the documents. It's been in evaluation since last 2 days. How long does it take? Does anyone has any idea?

I have my last interview round next week and asked the recruiter about salary and he said " we dont have set salaries. when we initially spoke you mentioned 150K with OTE trending toward 200-250K range. I submitted you at 150K base. I feel like I'm lowballing big t and want to go back and say 180K base with over 200K+OTE - thoughts pls!

A company I’m interviewing with gave a base salary range of 55-65k. I currently make 58k in NYC as a recruiting coordinator and have friends in the same roles with 1 YOE making 75-85k. Would it be rude to ask for 70k even though it’s not in the range they provided?
