I'm so sorry for your loss OP. There is no "set" timeline post miscarriage, most doctors these days give the green light for you to try again as soon as you're ready. You may just need to wait until your HCG comes down as you probably won't ovulate until then. The time it takes for HCG to come down depends on how high your levels were - for my two experiences, it took about 3 weeks before I got a negative pregnancy test and for another MC it just took ten days. Some say you're more fertile immediately after a MC, I dk how true that is... personally it took me 3 months and 8 months respectively after my miscarriages.
I got pregnant 3 months after an ectopic (@ age 33)
