About 6 months ago I began a paid internship as an electrical engineer. They recently gave me a notice that my internship ends at the end of August. I asked if there's something they could do to hire me on permanently. They tell me to apply to jobs on the website. I was told that internships only go for 1 year. Other interns are there that haven't been told this. Mind you I am a female where the others are males.

I’m interviewing for a remote role. They state it is temporary to permanent…..I’ll get more details but how much more should you ask for a role without benefits? Salary is 130k.
