I have a job offer in hand right now and it is a big jump from my current TC. However the company/sector is not an ideal fit. I desperately want to leave my current company ASAP so I’m leaning towards accepting, but continuing to interview with other companies that are aligned in sector. Any tips on how to navigate this with the new target companies I will interview with in the first 1-3 months of starting this gig?

I have an offer from MBB at my MBA program but I’d lose my sponsorship with LEK if accepted (they won’t match it). Interviewed for exposure. How easy would it be to lateral to MBB after I put in 2 post-years with LEK? Are the cases a little more relaxed then? The FOMO😖
