If you are starting as an Audit Associate some time from now with Deloitte or any of the big 4, do they expect you to have passed/completed all 4 parts by the time you start? Received the Becker Reimbursement email from the recruiter not too long ago but have yet to start. I’ve seen plenty of people get to Senior at a big 4 firm without the CPA so I am a bit confused in that aspect. Any helpful feedback will be very much appreciated.

I would say no to capris for formal - the style itself is too casual.
There's a big different between ankle-length and mid-calf-length. Ankle-length suiting is completely acceptable, I'm actually really surprised that anyone would suggest otherwise. I wish Fishbowl allowed photos! Just google "women suit" and click images ... you'll see mostly ankle-length trousers.
I call them blisters I guess. I don't get them much though bc I only wear flats that fit.
An ankle length suit can totally be formal for a woman. Capris/coulats should be reserved for the next step down from formal or lower
So for formal, I'd stray away from ankle-length or Capri-style pants. If you must wear a suit for formalwear I would go with full length straight cut or skinny. They flatter nicely. Not sure what a shoe bite is but be sure to choose fun shoes as the suiting will be a bit of a bore. If you're just on the masculine spectrum enough it can look super hot though. I love girls in suits 😍. Would recommend a dress for formalwear though. Try theory, escada, or j crew.
I am 32 years old and had never heard the word shoebite before this thread. I thought it was some hillbilly ass way to refer to a hickey at first.
What do you call them then?injuries that come out of new shoes
D1, I absolutely thought it had something to do with toe cleavage. Never heard the term before.
Also, if a pair of shoes even starts to give me a shoe bite I retire them. They don't fit correctly, clearly
I avoid shoebites at the outset. If I'm wearing a new pair of shoes, i bandaid the usual spots where shoebites occur - outer sides of the pinky toes, back of the heel, top knuckle of the big toe. A week later, the bandaids can come off, and the shoes have been worn in enough to not cause shoebites. Hasn't failed me yet
