I have been going through few interviews & end up not getting an offer. I’m obviously doing something wrong, but don’t know what it is. No feed back so far. Please give me advice for my next one.

Do most tech/SaaS companies make prospective employees sign NDAs? I'm interviewing for the first time in awhile and am entering into a final round with a company who wants me to sign an NDA prior to the interview. I'm hesitant to do so - especially since I am not sure if I even want to work for this company yet. Is this standard procedure?

Are interview case studies difficult? Is it done live or is it take-home? What should I expect in terms of content/questions, duration, difficulty?

Is 5 YOE considered entry level or associate? When I apply to associate level jobs I get nothing but rejections. And all the entry level jobs call for new grads or people with under 3 YOE.

I’m so confused. How do recruiters look at someone with 5 YOE? What level is that considered?

Should I wait a week or move on for other offers?

I have an offer from company A and only ctc proposal from company B (they are delaying the release of offer letter). Can I ask for a counter at company A based on only the ctc proposal from company B.
