Can firms you previously worked at choose not to sign your CPA hours if you ask them to or are they obligated to?

Can get in big trouble if they don’t. If you worked for a year at a firm, at least in CA, they must, even if you didn’t have a great relationship with your firm. The only exception I think is if you did something way against the code of ethics or whatever

Overnight flight delay on American due to defect. I paid 300 for a hotel room expecting American to reimburse. They are offering 20k, 200 voucher, & $120 check. AA is refusing to reimburse full 300.
