*The brand built by selling uniforms to Nazis

Of course no other company that did sketchy stuff at that time continues to exist

They used to make good suits I felt few years ago and would wear for work. Now I find quality has gone down and fitting has changed. Not sure if I’m feeling the boss x Russell and big BOSS letters on my sweatshirts / hoodies.

They would actually do well if they leaned more into the lux streetwear wave in my opinion. Big logos is a streetwear staple in DC and people love Hugo for it. They should do it more.

Keep the basics though. Not it.

Pay wall

Yes. All good products, incl journalism, cost something. Does Accenture offer Factiva, which gives access to most news brands? Many companies do for their employees

above link should work (nyt subs get free links to share)

Any other HR Professionals tired of not being consider for a role just because you haven’t worked in a tech start up? Honestly, I don’t know if I will be a fit or not (nor do they) if they say no even before the hiring manager has spoken to me. There are so many HR openings in tech right now so saying no people that haven’t worked in tech doesn’t make sense to me. I know my worth so I have moved on when this happens, just curious to see if others have seen the same.

I’m looking to transition from my current sales role (purely operational) to a more creative/strategic role that involves public speaking/facilitation. Have some experience in sales development (mainly business development & strategic advice to C-level), branding/marketing, facilitation (as a side-job) and working with content creators.

I’m new to this space so not sure about what kind of roles there are?

Is a Senior Analyst level position in industry a good exit for 2 years consulting experience?

I am relatively new at my in-house position on a very small legal team and have realized that all of our organization’s policies/procedures are very poorly written. My boss, the GC, clearly drafted many of them (she is not a great writer, unfortunately). Has anyone here done a complete overhaul of P&Ps or does this seem like more of a gradual project, improving on policies ad hoc as they are updated? Also, any advice on suggesting edits/dealing with a boss who’s a bad writer?

Anyone feel frustrated at times with the super aggressive sales personalities we deal with? My AE is always pushing on every ask no matter how minuscule it is. My vp is super anal about anything we do. I understand these guys pull in huge commissions and bonuses that’s why they are so motivated. However what I personally feel is they just nag us until we do the job according to their spec. Just venting……anyone else feel the same?
