UAN verification..if atleast you have drawn a month's salary,it will be available against your UAN. Remember ur UAN never changes

I have just heard a case where tcs asked employee to leave after joining as his bgc came negative as he had not shown 1 month jump, they found it during uan verification
May be he/she abscond. Absconding is not acceptable anywhere. If the employee can provide the RL of that 1 month employer I guess there shouldn't be a problem.
If you don't want to join mindtree and tcs you are good to go
Nope, no legal issues. Only issue while getting a new job and will have to work way too hard to convince your next employer why you ran! So in all probability, unless it is a small company whose own integrity is compromised, getting a job will be pretty hard.
Once u try to move to MNC s like tcs , accenture and etc.., they will do a bgc verification and you will be caught.. personal opinion - please don't do it
Though it would be in your service history in EPF portal, won't be an issue if you remove this experience from resume. BGV agencies verify how true are your details furnished to the firm.

Not true. They verify uan too in some companies like TCS
Using UAN for BGV is violation of Terms and conditions of EPF website. It is not ethical by companies to check the portal for BGV. We have never signed with Government to share our private data. There are other means to conduct BGV.
TCS and some other MNCs does BGC using UAN.
