Can I book a flight with partial points on Delta? For example, if a trip is 30,000 points + $100. Can I use 10,000 points + $300. Just using random numbers for simplicity.

Yes

You may have to book via their website vs the app, but I think there is a way to select "money + miles" while paying

But the number of points they have listed is the minimum, right? You can’t use less than that?

Hi! If you haven't reached the minimum, then I think you can't use it yet to book a flight.

I’ve been a paralegal for about 30 years in private law firmS. As I get older, I feel like it’s time for a semi-career change. Either an office manager position or perhaps a corporate position where I can travel a little since my kids are grown and I’m an empty-nester. Has anyone made this type of transition? Advise welcome. Is this legal? My spouses company just decided to change their comp structure for account managers. It was base + comm, now it’s commission only but nothing changed, OT commission is the same, didn’t get more points, just took away the base pay and said work harder basically. So now they have to worker harder to get $50k they were already making. (Not a decision based on employee performance, they’ve been crushing it. I think the company is just trying to save money they overspent else where)

1. What is the best approach to collecting your fee? Each session? Pay the package cost upfront,? Other, and if so, what is it?
2. How do you collect it? Venmo? Credit card?
3. Do you have to register your business?

Thank you in advance for any guidance.

Hello Fishes,
I am much stressed.. it’s only been 5 months to join Capgemini. I joined in as cyber security consultant with good package.
However, the work I do the tricks, logics and solutions I share with team to apply in the project… all are of no use when discussed with the architect guy. The whole team rely upon the wordings/solutions suggested by him only. It feels like my skill/knowledge and experience is of no use.
I feel like what am I doing here….? Any suggestions please.

So someone I know asked HR about a boot policy. When he found out that there wasn’t one, but his boss said there was (who gave the guys $ for boots and the claimed it on his expense reimbursements as something else) the boss got mad at him for askingHR (and in trouble for the expense reimbursements) and then 2 days later laid off my friend. There appears to be no notice of bad performance and this person always was the first person on the job site ready to work. Thoughts?
