Can I expense a massage therapist for stress induced tension/muscle spasms due to hefting luggage into overhead bins twice a week every week for like most of the year?

Deloitte would let you expense 50% of it as part of the "wellness subsidy"

Also, I now have to go to weekly PT for neck issues due to carrying my entire office on my back every day and not having an assigned desk with a monitor. I think if you get your GP to write a note, you can use your FSA for massages and you can tax deduct then if you have already used all of your FSA

Let's assume we're all pros at being kings of our own castles and don't need to pay some unfortunate girl to get us off. Mmmkay?

Careful with chiropractors. I'd recommend a physical therapist

You could try a gym membership if your 25# piece of luggage is kicking your ass ...

Look into your insurance... We used to have chiropractor visits covered

I know PT is definitely covered in out current plan (to an extent) so it's really worth checking out your coverage, OP

Yeah, PT will def be covered. You might need a referral from your GP, but I'd recommend going the PT over the chiro route. My in-network PT appointments have a $40 copay

D1 I agree. Why can't these companies assign a desk with a monitor.

You should have seen the PT's face when I said that I did not have a monitor. He couldn't believe it. He wanted to write me a note for a standing desk and I was like, that sounds awesome, but I am not sure how that is going to go over culturally....

At what point does the value of a degree fall off? I'm in my early 30s, and have five years of experience, and work on a very theoretically interesting project. I believe I'm on track to promotion in the next year. So, I could put in a year of full time school to check the box off, but I'd be sacrificing hobbies and social life (not to mention cost). Is this FOMO or is there real opportunity here?
