You can file anything you like tbh - will you be sanctioned for it?…well the law is a social construct anyways

funny

Did P file an amended complain?

No

In sum I'm also brand new to this area of law and relied on old case law. Didn't see that there's new case law saying the opposite of what I argued

New case law also saying my issue is appropriate for MSJ not MTD /:

Do some serious sandbagging and throw some new arguments into your reply brief (jk, sorta)

I kid! …unless….

Should I have waited until one of the last slots so I was fresher on their mind when choosing a candidate? I am just sitting here stressing out until I here something. Also, do interviewers still appreciate a hand written thank you for the interview?

I am am trying to identify pallet conversions by each RM item to determine the number of pallet spaces required. Anyone know of an effective way to do this? Trying to be within +/- 10% accuracy.

I’m at 80+ business days waiting for my global entry conditional approval. What is taking so long? I’m nervous my precheck is going to expire before this goes through!

I was listening to a podcast for one of the courses I’m taking and thought I’d share some cool stuff about building habits:

- Willpower is not as effective in making a long term change compared to building habits

- Reduce friction (eg much more likely to go to gym if it’s 5 mins away vs 10)

- Take an existing habit and add your new habit onto it

- Use chaos and stressful times to rethink practical decisions

- To break bad habits, add friction (eg phone & charger away at night)
