And the manager asked me about how soon I would be able to join as well as told me which location I need to report once WFH is over at end of L2 round

I'm in tcs. I've sent resignation mail on MAY 06, recieved call from Superviser for clarification, on 7th I've recieved Resignation Acknowledgement mail from Separation Adminteam. In the mail it is mentioned that my resignation is subject to final approval from my project
So 1. Do I have to initiate anything from my side? Where can I see the status of my resignation.
2. Will there be any issue if I take frequent sick leave in a month?
