I have a situation in front of me. I got an offer from small company or we could say startup company Uzio (pdt based) and my manager in current company didn't revert back with any retaining offer. It's been a month and 27 days left in np.
My dilemma is that my current team including reporting manager are very rude and not supportive. I don't want to work in this project. But if I join in that startup company, there's a risk as everyone is talking about recession, firing. Suggestions?

My dog turns 12 and it depresses me that she’s getting older. Just had a sobbing session at the thought of losing her. Last year I got an offer from tcs which I had accepted initially but did not join ultimately. I had notified the same to the recruiter over call and mail. It's been one year and I see all those details in the portal still exist and hence I am not able to apply the same. Can anyone tell when they will delete the old application.

I have below offers

Qualcomm: 30 base + 8L Joining bonus + 30k$ stocks vested for 3 years + annual bonus(5-20%)
=~49lpa
Mathworks: 30 base + 2L Joining bonus+ quarterly bonus(10-25%) =~35lpa

The only major difference between the 2 is that qualcomm is giving stocks. I have already accepted offer from Mathworks and yet to reply to Qcomm
Considering a lot of negative reviews about Qcomm wlb, i was thinking is the hike even worth it ?
