Does anyone have any advise when it comes to navigating getting help and your firm. I had a tough month mentally. But I reached out to my local bar’s LAP. I’m starting the process of seeing a therapist. But my dreads still here. I was prescribed Prozac a week ago, but haven’t been able to get myself to take it. I am scared about long term side effects / permanent changes to my brain chemicals. I have read many horror stories online about Prozac, but also good ones, and can’t make up my mind. I know I should find a therapist nevertheless, but it’s hard finding a good one. I desperately need to do something (in a dark place right now and doc prescribed meds for a reason). Take or not take the meds? What’s your experience?
