My current job role is Digital marketing Specialist with 3.6LPA. Im trying to shift my field of work into AWS cloud for which I have been preparing to crack AWS cloud Practitioner, followed by AWS Solutions Architect Exam.
My question is, say if I become AWS certified and start applying for the job in that particular field, then what salary can I quote or pitch for keeping in mind that im AWS certified applicant?

I hate my current job (no longer at BCG). Have been interviewing but no offers except for current one, which I was originally relatively excited about until I heard the numbers. Worse than my current role at this toxic company. I don’t know what’s wrong with me, but I’m feeling very depressed, hopeless, and worthless. My convo with the HR recruiter was that he would push for $130k plus a sign on bonus. Offer is coming back at $125k with no bonus. Exiting my current position I'll be leaving a 3% pay increase, $12k bonus payout next month and full remote work on the table. I was called into HR because a coworker overheard a conversation between me and another colleague taking about cable/streaming shows that we watched or recorded. I mentioned that I recorded a few true-crime shows. My colleague jokingly said, "I hope I'm not on your hit-list!". I replied, "Not anymore." HR pulled me in to say a coworker complained about me talking about hit-lists, and they were now scared. HR wouldn't say who complained, so do I have a right to ask about the resolution to this?
