I have recently started an investment platform for angel investors and entrepreneurs. It is 100% free for everyone while we build a following. We already have 20 pitches live and would appreciate my fellow consultants/fishes showing support and signing up for the platform! Please DM with any questions. Thanks in advance!

Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 says that's outrageous
You'd have to find remote work. Doable, but if you were on the bench too long bc you weren't able to find remote work, yes you could be let go. But you wouldn't be fired because of your disability.
The silver lining is they won't be fired but laid off, so they'd be a severance package
Our job requires travel as part of the description so your workplace needs to offer another role which doesn’t have this requirement, otherwise you will need to resign.
Legally speaking the firm has to provide accommodations for your disability while you travel. If they are meeting that obligation but the constant wear and tear of travel is just getting to be too much, then that's out of their control. This is just a tough industry to be in for a long time.
They'll only fire you if you don't perform - but typically firms have been able to find local work for people that really want to. So I would bring that up to your superiors or counselor.
I would think they’d try to make reasonable accommodations first, like placing you on local clients/projects.
Talk to a lawyer familiar with ADA. They will advise you better than we can.
Tricky subject- legally it’s risky for the firm to do it, but I’m sure they have lawyers on payroll to figure out a way around labor laws.
For what is worth I have never seen or experienced it.
Does your firm have a delivery model (remote work)? Might be a good route to go to!
Depends on the state. But in most cases, while you are on 100% disability nothing will be done. Once you are on modified disability after a certain period of time, if they don't have an assignment that meets your availability, they will lay you off. Depending on the company and how long you have been there, you may get a severance package; but not guaranteed.
