Can I get some tips on how to quit an executive role tactfully? I’m looking to explore new opportunities but I don’t want to leave the rest of the team hanging, and I’d like to set them up for success in finding a replacement

Offer a 60 day transition plan. Then, if they adjust it down from there to 30 days or 2 weeks, you can walk away knowing you did everything you could to make it easy for them.

The best way is to first decide on a date, say 15 days or a month, then tell them that you are going to be part of the training of the person who will take over your position, I think that is the most subtle way.

There is no such thing, don't bother, they will always see you as the person who jumped ship, and even more, if you don't have a job offer in hand, they will think you just chickened out, I know you must have ties with the people in the company but that only lasts until you walk through the exit door, so my advice is don't bother.

The best way is to go directly to your boss and explain your situation, in my opinion, you are not motivated and you feel that something else will motivate you if so your boss should see the same as me and let go of your hand, but offer him that you can be part of the company for a while, so it will give them time to look for someone else.

My first piece of advice is that you do not recommend anyone, that is, I recently left my position as MFO, and I recommended my assistant and when this person came to the position they have done nothing more than tell him that I did things that he cannot do (I do not towards most of those things), that is, they overloaded him with work based on lies.

The most advisable thing in these cases is to speak with time, that is, give the company time to find the right person to replace you, that way they will accept your resignation calmly.

Has anyone had issues with hiring department? I applied to a IT position, passed the interview and they gave me a start date and salary. I was very happy and can’t wait to start but then… my recruiter told me that we have to delay the start date because my badge has not been created yet. Then it has been 4 weeks later and they say they are very sorry for the wait and they increased my pay up significantly to help compensate for the lost days. But idk what to do.. should I stay or look elsewhere

Hi Fishes, Can someone please refer me for lead Analyst position in Wells Fargo Bengaluru location. I have 8+ years of experience with SAS and SQL as primary skills and need to relocate to Bengaluru. Thanks in advance.

I applied to a job at KPMG and did the first two rounds of interviews, general interview, then case study and competency. Never before have I had such a positive feedback at the end of an interview of the 2nd, both said really like me, I did well etc.
It's now been 3 weeks since the interview and I still haven't heard back from the team other than the odd HR email saying they are following up with them. Is there something going on internally, I.e hiring freeze in the London office atm?
