I got tech mahindra offer with 17 LPA including variable pay 10% and they said it will be paid out on monthly basis with 100% variable for senior soft eng role. I have worked for mercedes benz and now I work for ISL,
go with the one which is paying more.
If both are paying similar, try and talk to the team manager regarding work, working hrs and in case of mercedes onsite opportunities.
By my experience mercedes had good onsite opportunities and good and free food in cafeteria.
But ISL had way better WLB , hikes and pay.
Again this is my experience. You need to get more info from both the companies to decide.
Company wise both are good brands, decision should be made on salary and work.
