Yes, you can apply and get approved for a mortgage with only one spouse. You can still put your spouse on the title even if they are not on the mortgage. I just did this for our new house so we didn’t have to sell the current house before buying the next one, it actually made the process go more smoothly.

Same here. My spouse is on the mortgage only and I am not.

The spouse’s name on title depends on the state. Here in MO it is required to have spouse on title. My wife has not been on any of. Our 4 mortgages.

Do I need to put my spouse’s name in the title also, if I do not plan to put her in the mortgage application.

You can put her on or not, your choice really, depending on whether or not you want her to stay married to you.

I was swarmed with work in June and until 10 days ago, now everything's gone silent again. I'm guessing it's directly related to the COVID uncertainty (e.g. 2nd waves and all). With WFH, I like to take quick naps (15 min) 2-3 times in between my schedule. I have been working very long hours (14-15 hours a day). I will miss my naps, the healthy snacks (I try to eat salads) and the quick workouts the most when wfh gets over. What will you miss the most?
