Can I raise a reimbursement for an asset with value slightly greater than $1100. I would still be getting at least $1100 reimbursed right? I am ready to bear the difference amount. Say I get an asset for $1299 then $1100 would still be reimbursed right?

I’ve been a PM for 2 years, and at my startup for 4.5 years (was first 20 employees, now 200+).

For the last 8-10 months, I’ve asked my boss about promotion to Senior and what I’d need to do, and was told “let me get back to you” until July. I was then told it’d be 12 mths (2yr 8m in the role) as they needed to see me show skills over time, and that it wasn’t enough to just show a skill once on a project… but I’ve launched at least 5 features in 2 years and performed well.

Is this reasonable?

Her state does not recognize common law marriages. Can they offer the benefit to only those that live in a state that recognizes common law marriages? Seems discriminatory to me.

JPMC(grade 602) - 25lpa (pf - 90k)
I am more interested in joining JP. But there seems to be a big difference in CTC. There is no variable mentioned in JP offer but probable12% bonus.
Which one is a better choice. Will JP revise my CTC. How and when to approach them and what's least I settle for. Joining date is 14th Sept for both.
