Hello and Happy Friday,
Who do you use to file your taxes? I have a W2, a Primary residence, and 1 Rental Property (21' was first year in service) in the mix - fairly simple. I am evaluating following options... efile with Turbotax - $, use a friends CPA - $$$, or TurboTax Live Premiere - $$.
I also need help figuring out how much I can contribute to Roth as my rental income puts me over income limit - at least I think?
Thanks for any help!

You can try, but if I were your landlord I’d make your life miserable as you moved out. Zero flexibility and the unit better be pristine when you vacate. It’s not that big of a deal, just be a decent human and cooperate.
Seriously!
Much better to be cooperative. Just wear a mask and ask them to wear one too when they visit.
Or better yet, leave for a few hours.
Or provide them time slot in which you won’t be in the apartment, like in the morning of some weekend, or afternoon when you go out for coffee or dinner.
Yea I would be annoyed too even if it wasn’t Covid. I’m a germaphobe and wouldn’t strangers walking through my place and touching my stuff I.e. door knobs, etc. But I never lived in an apt so don’t know if it’s normal to be required to show the place while you’re still occupying it.

What does your lease say ?
If you’re renting there is really no way you can say no in perpetuity. They most likely have the right to enter when they need to as the owner of the property. Find a time that works for you but if you’re moving out, they are going to show the apt.
It’s usually written into your lease that landlords can come through as long as they give 24 or 48 hours notice.
Make it a requirement masks and booties must be worn and will not be provided.
That’s unreasonable.
