I'm noticing there is an increasing amount of discrepancy between a DSP and an Ad Server. The DSP is delivering in full while the Ad Server is not - showing about a 20%+ difference. Is anyone running into this issue and/or have a solve? Obviously this is hurting the sellers.

My direct report is absolutely imploding, and I don’t know what to do. This is her first job out of college and she doesn’t ask questions, she doesn’t tell me when she has too much on her plate - she just lets deadlines quietly slide and hopes nobody notices.

I joined Deloitte there, it's not allowed to put "relative" as your landlord and claim HRA even though you make rent agreement.

So I guess, my amount around ~1,80,000Rs of HRA won't be calculated automatically and TDS will happen.

I can, I believe, claim this while filing my IT Returns next year.

So question here is - what all evidence do I need to collate?

I have a CTC of 1008700 pa. In hand i get 73k. There are around 4300 tax deductions monthly after i have submitted rental for 20K per month exemption. What else can i do to get this remaining 4300 tax exempt as well?

Other than ELSS(1.5lac) + nps(0.5lac) is there any way to actually save income tax? (skeptical about house, convince me otherwise ). I'm currently getting 2.5lac pm and feel like shit with around 60k getting debited as income tax.
