Can I still apply for a visa transfer to anew employer if i don’t have an H1B stamp on my passport from my current employer? I have an approved I797 but couldn’t get the visa stamped which means my I94 has expired.

Just started using a short term rental management company to manage my family’s vacation home for the first time. Received my first ledger, and there’s a 5% credit card processing fee for all bookings (all were booked through Airbnb) that I wasn’t expecting. When I asked about the fee, they said that’s what Airbnb charges them. But when I googled it, I didn’t see anything about credit card processing fees charged to owners. Anyone have experience with these types of fees on a short term rental?

Hello everyone, I am a Deloitte auditor and on a H-1b visa. My long term goal is to eventually go back to my home country. Should I still invest in Deloitte 401-k? I just want to know what the deductions are if and when I decide to go home and take the money. Just talked to a doordash recruiter for analytics manager role which requires 6+ years work experience. They offered 108k base and 107k equity over 4 years. So that ~130k and it’s much less than what I make. The LinkedIn link says the range in Colorado is 115k-149k base. I live in a big city in Pacific Northwest which is not Seattle.
