In addition to the Central/West role I posted earlier today, I'm also recruiting candidates located in the East US region for an Enterprise AE role at Workato ($5.7B valuation).
Workato is an automation platform company ranked in the Gartner Magic Quadrant.

…no? Are you joking?
You have clearly never watched Seinfeld
Would you really want to go to court over this? This is a next level Karen move.
Actually OP, read the comments, you are the one that needs to clearly grow up.
Why are you renting a car when visiting Chicago? Uber will be easier, you are probably living in a place where everything you want to do is close by, walking will be easier too.
Agreed. It is very easy to get around by foot and boat.
I’ll be your attorney, I bill $1500/hr
Why not? Let say at last moment they say that no car and cancel the reservation, you are not gonna get back your post travel reservation charges back like hotel etc for no show

Well, lots of reasons, but the main one is that even if you were to sue, the solution here would be forcing performance — the courts could make them rent you a car, two years from now when the case finally made it to court.
You have a duty to mitigate damages, you can’t just sue for the cost of the vacation you missed. If you were to take a cab everywhere and then sue to recover the difference in cost between that and the rental car cost, you could probably win that case — though I’d bet the attorney fees required would outweigh what you’d recover.
Practically speaking this is not a legal problem. Tell them if they don’t have a car, they need to rent you one from another provider.
Of course it has to be Deloitte 🤣
Ok Karen. I've had American cancel two flights to vacation spots when it could've been prevented and ended up arriving a day late both times. You know what I did? Got over it
Read your contract/fine print when you “reserved” a car. I guarantee you will find verbiage that would prevent you from taking any sort of action against them. Not to mention that the thought of suing them in the first place is insane.
I’ll sue American for canceling my flight and rebooking me the next day without my consent
