NatWest's hiring manager has asked me for salary expectations of B6 Data Analyst and my experience is 3.5 yrs with a CTC of 6.65. Considering I have to move to Bangalore l'm thinking of asking 13 or 14.. is it a big ask? If so, what do you think is a good ask? Please help. Thanks in advance :)

I will be joining in January 2023 first week but I have my marriage planned in last week of Feb 2023 so I will be needing 10 days leaves. I didn't have a discussion about this with HR. I am concerned whether I will get leaves or not during probation period and within 2 months of joining. Please let me know your thoughts on this based on your experience in EY GDS. EY

Yes you can take the annual leaves but not personal leaves
Check leave policy on intranet under benefits
PLs not allowed. Only ALs are allowed. You can take one or two leaves in consultation with counsellor. Beyond that your counselor would be able to guide better.
Do we have any leave reimbursement, does it have any specific number
You will get reimbursement with final settlement for only 18 days Annual leaves.
Leaves balance on LMS is for full year, please make it pro-rata, since you will not be serving full year. After that if there is still a balance of more than 18 days AL, Then you should consider using them.
