Can I use my vacation/ sick leave during my 2 week notice at a company I’ve been at for 8 months?

I only have REG left which I've been steadily preparing for a few weeks now. I'm planning on taking some time off to cram more before test. This is the one I'm having most difficulty with. Tips?

Moms! I’m 22 weeks. My lease ends 6 weeks before I give birth. I prepaid and can’t get rent back. I don’t need help changing the fact that I have to leave - I have to leave this place. I’m moving out of state to be closer to support. If I wait until my lease ends, I need to establish new medical care with new doctors at 32 weeks. OR I can move before my lease ends and waste $4K in rent. I don’t want to do that. Is finding new doctors a big deal? Is having new docs @ 32 weeks a big deal, hi risk?
